Friendly staff met all my needs

We had the help and assistance we needed straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and it was all completed very quickly.

Today I met Grace at Dreams in Dartford and was looking for bunk beds for my boys. I knew the frame I was after but needed help with purchasing a mattress. Grace was very attentive and helpful and her product knowledge was great because I dragged her all around the store looking for two suitable mattresses and did not understand the difference between, sprung, pocket sprung, foam etc. Grace gave me lots of information and from this I made my choice. Excellent customer service, one very happy customer who will def use again.

Richard was very understanding to my needs and I did not go in with the intention of purchasing anything but ended up doing so to take advantage of the 20%off all bed frames when any mattress was pucrashed - also took advantage of the buy now pay later 9 month holiday finance offer. Very nearly bought a gorgeous bed frame but talked myself out of it for a divan so that I could change the headboard when necessary. Overall very happy with my experience.

We were left alone to look around for our own choice of products and when we where ready a assistant was there to help with our choice and explain all we needed to know. Instead of being chased around.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, but did not put pressure on us and allowed us to look and try the beds at our own accord.

The prompt and professional service received on previous occasion spurred me to come back.

Very helpful but not pushy as this really is off putting! Was left to look around in our own time without any selling tactics!

After deciding on a new bed, I collected brochures from several sources but then decided it would be better to go and look at beds in store.As our local Dreams store is well sighted I started there, once inside I did,nt trouble to go elsewhere as the staff won me over immediately, they were friendly and positive. I am completely satisfied.
