AS SOON AS WE WALKED INTO THE STORE WE WERE GREETED BY THE MANAGER, WHO WAS IN NO WAY PUSHY, HE KNEW EXACTLY WHEN TO SPEAK WHEN PASSING AND WHEN NOT, HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED TO US THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TEMPUR MATTRESS AND THE OTHERS, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE , WE WERE LOOKING AND HAD JUST BEN IN THE OPPOSITION SHOP FIRST BUT BECAUSE OF THOMAS, THE GUY WHO HAD DELT WITH US ALL THROUGH, WE STAYED AND PURCHASED HERE, WE WERE IN THE SHOP FOR BEST PART OF 90 MINUTES GETTING SERVED BUT MAINLY MAKING OUR MIND UP, YOUR STAFF HAD ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD FOR US

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted, staff member asked if we required assistance, listened to our requirements,showed us several models available, explained various differences, got us pillows to try on several beds, during the entire visit didn't apply any sales pressure.a good experience from the start.offered free drinks during visit.

The gentleman that served us was helpful and wanted us to choose dreams but was by no means pushy. I felt that he listened to our requirements.

Thomas and Grace was very pleasant and helpful. We was made to feel very welcome. Although our visit was quick we didn't feel rushed at all and made us feel confident with what we was buying. We also didn't feel like we was being pushed into something we didn't want to buy.

Thomas at Dreams Dartford was the most helpful and accommodating sales assistant ever. He spent at least an hour with us, was extremely friendly, offered tea and other beverages, let us discuss / argue for another half an hour and let us be in the shop 45 minutes beyond opening times. Truly exemplary.
