The staff were very helpful they understood my needs in choosing the right mattress and pillows for my purpose. The deals were good and the prices were right too,I would recommend dreams to anyone looking for a good night sleep.

Richard was very friendly and helpful, he offered us assistance but gave us time to browse ourselves without feeling pressured. He was able to give us all the information we needed, provided us with our own pillow to use as we tested the beds and even made us a very nice cup of tea

Turn up confused about what mattress to buy after visiting many stores but after talking to Richard at dartford branch he was very helpful with his knowledge so we had no hesitation is buying our knew mattress

It was a pleasure to visit Dreams the young man Reece who assisted me was kind courteous helpful knowledgeable and extremely patient with me I am disabled and visited the store at Dartford with a couple of family members I struggle with my health and have a lot of pain in my neck shoulders and spine so I had to be sure to choose the right bed for me Reece was more than happy for me to take as much time as I needed to make my purchase he even made me a lovely cup of tea I was determined to buy a bed that day and had already informed Reece of this so as far as I am concerned he did not need to try to butter me up I assume he is always that helpful with every customer he assists well done to Dreams for training staff so well I had earlier paid a visit to Bensons Beds just across the street from Dreams and as far as I am can tell there seemed to be no customer service what so ever they just could not be bothered thank you Dreams
