I was Approached by a very friendly young man upon arrival at the Dartford store after visiting numerous bed stores. Salesman reece was very friendly and helpful. I asked him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction to try a bed.before I even sat on the bed he said wait a moment I will get you a pillow to use before you try the bed. I was very impressed with the comfort of the ultra soft pillow and the comfort of the bed and immediately decided I was going to place my order. A very good salesman with a good attitude with excellent customer service. I will highly recommend dreams in Dartford to all my family and friends. Very pleased with my experience at this store.

We found quite quickly what we were looking for with the assistance of a very friendly and professional sales assistance called Reece. He was very genuine, not over pushy and knew all the information we wanted to know.

I was impressed by the fact I was not pounced on when entering the showroom. I was left to browse then when I wanted to ask a few questions there was an assistant who helped me and was very knowledgeable which greatly helped me in making my decision.

I ordered our new bed base and mattress with ease. Base came in a good range of colours and draw options; which was explained with no pressure from the colleagues at dreams. Let us browse the products without 'hanging' over us but as soon as we need advice were fast to help. Thomas and Reece from the Dartford store very accomadating offered us drinks, explained warranties and assembly options with great detail and answering any confussion. Looking forward to getting our new bed next week!!
