we were very happy with the attention we received from the sales person. he was articulate and knew the job well. he explained everything to us and delivery is flexible, as we are in the process of moving home and wanted new beds. all in all we were happy with the goods and help

Mr. Thomas was very kind and helpful. Hat's off to Thomas for his excellence service. Mr.Thomas has explained and answered all my questions, in specifically about the product Divan Base, Wood and Mattress. I asked him more than 5+ products details. He is very patience and explained to me clearly about pro's and con's of the product.

although the wrong bed was originally ordered (we had requested one bed frame, staff thought we requested a different one £195 dearer) we were told it could not be resolved in store. we received a message within 30 minutes of leaving informing us it was resolved. The Store staff were really helpful and not to blame them for the mix up.

Staff were very helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. Listened to my requirements and did not rush me. Would recommend them again .

We were highly satisfied with the service of the assistant as he showed us all the ottoman beds available as that is what we were looking for. He also showed me the beds available on the internet to show me the options that were not on the showroom floor. We placed our order and on the following day we changed our mind on the bed and went into the store to speak to the assistant. He tried to change the order but due to there being a discount on the beds he couldn't take the discount off so he gave us the number to contact customer services to change the order. The following day I contacted customer services and I found it easy to get though and she changed the order with no problem. The telephone assistant was very helpful and polite and was also able to get our new bed to us in the next week. We also got £200 refunded to us as our new bed was cheaper. We have received our order with no problem and we cant wait to put it up. Thanks dreams, you were great!
