Sales person was very professional and conducted herself very well.

Kate in store who helped me choose two beds had excellent knowledge of the products. I am on my own now since my husbands passing and find it a challenge doing these things on my own so nice to deal with someone who was caring and helpful.

I was highly satisfied during my visit to the store. Initially went in with my friend who was after buying a bed and whilst he was getting assistance with this ,I tried out a couple of beds and fell in love with one. I had no intention to buy a bed prior to entering the store.

Your sales person (Lynne) was very helpful and explained the system you use very well. The computer bed checker worked out what i should try and a number or options were shown to me. I did not feel pressurised and any questions i had were answered. Thank you
