i was very pleased with the service i recieved in store, very friendly and efficient.

Reece was really friendly and welcoming but most of all very knowledgeable and confident when explaining the products to me especially the different types of mattress available. I was really impressed with his service.

Sales assistant Richard was very helpful but not pushy. He was very polite and very informative about the products we were looking for.

From the minute we entered the store we were welcomed by Reecc who was just brilliant. We informed him that due to my unexpected recent accident we were needing a double bed as soon as possible but we were on an extremely tight budget as this was a unexpected expense. We see a double divan base that was on clearance and Reecc recommended a mattress too on clearance, he totally went above and beyond to help us and treated us with the up most respect and understanding - he truly is an asset to your company.

When arriving at the store it was quiet but I was very early, one other couple were in the store being attended to. I was happy to look around for a mattress myself as this is a personal choice, the employee, Reese, asked if I needed assistance but I felt no pressure to buy which I love. When I had decided he listened to my problems (bad back, very old mattress) and gave another suggestion but was honest and understanding when I told him my budget. We sat down, he offered refreshements and patiently went through everything from warranty to delivery and explained my sleep app device that came free with purchase. He was super friendly and I would recommend this store to all largely because of his service!
