Dreams - Dartford

The guys at the store in Dartford were extremely accommodating and very friendly. They helped with carrying the mattresses to the car and also offered to make me a cup of tea while I waited for my husbands cars to turn up. Coming back for our mattress very shortly.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and very polite

We were greeted directly we came into the store But not pushed. Information was forthcoming on the type of mattresses available and explained what the different types meant.

At first we just called in to the shop to see what was there and the lady asked if she could help, very kind and friendly very helpful her name was Charline And also the manager ,Tom, they both knew how to help us and they gave us exactly what we needed, and very understanding.

Reece the Sales Advisor was excellent in his knowledge of the products and was excellent in helping me make the right choices. The other staff were equally supportive in making my choices very easy. Highly recommend the staff in general

Didnt feel pressurred in to buying was left to try out beds and make our own minds up what we wanted and what was affordable amd when we needed help we was helped was fantastic shopping experiance

The young man in the shop asked if he could help us find what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He offered pillows to help with our chose, he explained everything to us regarding if we were not happy within 40 days we could choose another bed. He explained about qanrantees etc.,

Very welcoming helpful knowledgeable staff even offered me tea or coffee
