Very good attention to details by the store assistant Richard at the Dartford branch. Had in depth knowledge of the product and made it clear. Made us very comfortable through the choosing and purchasing process.

The assistant, Richard, was very helpful and not at all pushy. Just informative, friendly, and patient. There were no delays with finalising the transaction and everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped.

The staff, who were universally friendly & knowledgeable helped us to decide on our purchase without hurrying us. We felt we were being helped & not sold to! Our purchase choice was fairly priced and all our questions were well answered. Very satisfactory.

Reece who served me had excellent knowledge of the products and was extremely helpful.

Thomas was extremely helpful and informative and certainly knows his subject. He was very helpful to the point we needed it but not overwhelming and pushy. We found his hospitality exceptional, offered coffee although we politely declined because we had made plans to have a breakfast just around the corner. Thanks to Thomas we now have a truly lovely mattress which is perfect for both our comfort and our health.

Our assistants name was Richard at Dartford Dreams branch. He was fantastic, he greeted us as soon as we entered the store, gave us a small amount of time and then approached us in a very friendly manner asking us how we are and if he could help us. He gave us the opportunity to tell him exactly what we were looking for, and followed that by giving us a variety of different options. He answered all of our questions and when we then needed time to discuss he knew to give us some space and time to talk alone. We then had time to start browsing at the sofa beds, and he then very kindly offered us a tea or coffee while we browsed further. The entire experience was just top class. Originally we had planned to browse a number of shops before deciding but Richard just did his job perfectly making us feel at home in the store and we just couldn't think of a reason to go anywhere else! His hard work and effort is very much appreciated, especially as this was our first bed/sofa bed buying experience as first time home buyers. Thank you - we really hope he gets the recognition he deserves as an employee!

I was asked if I needed any assistance soon after I entered the shop after I requested that I be allowed to browse for a while I was left to it until I asked for assistance. I was given advice and information and wasn’t pushed to make a purchase until I was sure

The gentleman that assisted me in the Dartford branch, approached me first. Which was great . With a simple can I help? which i was hoping as I was just about to wander around the shop. Appears he helped me before, with my daughters bed which I remembered. Again, very friendly. service. with a complimentary pillow which was a really nice touch! He is a credit to your dartford branch with a consistent well mannered salesmanship.
