Served straight. Sorted out best type of mattress was best for us and gave us plenty of options.

Richard who was the person who took his time by placing us on the bed to see which mattress we all needed then he took his time to show us the mattresses then he also explained the beds in which we brought He was a very helpful and pleasant man which made our experience all the better

Richard, at the Dartford Store, was polite and very helpful. He recommended I use the Sleepmatch system and, from the results, he enabled me to try out all the suggested mattresses. He was able to answer all my questions. When I arrived I told him that I wasn't sure whether to buy a divan or an adjustable bed. During my visit he gave me a demonstration of an adjustable bed and, although I decided on a divan in the end, I appreciated finding out what an adjustable bed could offer. Richard was very good at helping me to chooses a suitable mattress and divan base.

The positive review was purely down to the Dreams colleague Reece at Dartford. He was very knowledgeable, very approachable and patient with us. We returned to the shop a few times that day as we were testing other mattresses in other local shops. Reece was by far the best salesman we encountered that day and it was the main reason we returned to this Dartford shop to place the order. Reece is a credit to the store; his enthusiasm and good nature really shine through. He was not pushy yet was available when we were asking questions.
