Richard was very welcoming and informative about the options available to us and showed us around the various mattress and base options

on our first visit we was given the attention that we found very professional and friendly and no pressure to purchase. On our second visit a week later we met the same sales man (Reece) and explained that we have made our mind up and we would like to purchase the product. Reece was very professional and friendly and time spent with us was very much appreciated.

On arrival I was not really sure what we want. My daughter wanted a bed but Tony was really good with the knowledge and advice of what will be the best value

We visited the Dartford store and as soon as we walked in were greeted by Charline with a huge smile. Charline was very knowledgeable and put us at our ease she asked us to try out the bed monitor that we had never heard of before which was an experience and from the results showed us various mattresses and pillows and was very helpful. From this we decided on a particular Tempur mattress and pillows and overall were very pleased with the assistance we received on our first ever visit to a Dreams store!!

I got tested for the type of mattress to suit me and it lasted about 3 mins. It was the most comfortable 3 minutes on a bed I've had in years.

Reece lane was very knowledgeable and recommended the mattress to me. I also used the machine to calculate which mattress would be good for me and it came up with the same mattress reece lane recommended
