Richard the salesperson new what he was talking about and gave us a lot of help we needed special help as my husband is disabled and we neede good advice on mattress and base he was very patient and a credit to dreams .

Went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and the sales guy was really good at helping whittle down which bed we felt was the most comfortable, even waived the Saturday delivery fee for us.

The customer service was great, the assistant took the time to help us choose the right mattress ( it’s to replace our old which we also brought from dreams ) he answered all our questions and was very polite, it was a pleasure going into the store.
