I was greeted by Reece upon entering the store who took me to the magical technology that made the whole testing experience a lot quicker and simpler. He was energetic, fun, knowledgeable and welcoming. The only thing I'd have to say about the store is that it could do with a refit. And that is nothing negative to the gents that were there on the day as they were all cracking.

Reece went above and beyond expectations by staying later in the store to help us find the correct products needed. He took time and had our best interest at heart.
