Dreams - Dartford

Richard the salesman was very helpful & knowledgeable. He was very polite, made me a cup of tea, helped me try a variety of mattresses, also I was assessed for the correct type of mattress to suit my needs. Overall my husband and myself had a very good experience, would recommend Dreams,Dartford store.

Staff member greeted us as we walked in and asked if he could help . He offered us the opportunity to try out the mattress tester to see which was the best options for us to choose from. He explained fully about the products and choices and was able to answer any questions . Friendly helpful but not too pushy. Just would have liked a bit more discount on the mattress we bought as we were paying fully for it on the same day .

When I came into the store I was greeted almost immediately by Reece who was very helpful and gave me an immediate quote on the products I was interested in. I left and cane back a few days later, Reece instantly recognised me and was so helpful, helped me finalise my order and also helped me fins mattress. Very happy indeed thank you

All staff, Emma in ashford, Reece and Thomas in Dartford were superb and catered for our needs. Thomas explained about his sleep apnea and recommended products of comfort to me which would cater for my sleep apnea needs. None were pushy or forced a sale and come across as friends rather than sales reps
