The customer service I encountered at your store was exceptional, I had just been to bensons for beds, where I had found a bed I liked for around £600 although it was a 3 week delivery wait and the only finance option was over 6 months, which isn’t great. as I entered there was another two customers who approached me and was showing me the mattress they had bought, both of them elated and insisting I try the same one, a member of staff (a young man around 19) approached and offered some help, extremely polite and witty and brightened my day, as a sales person myself I know it can be hard to find a balance between trying to be a good sales person and trying not to annoy potential customers! Your staff at the Dartford store have mastered the balance! I came at around 10am on Friday the 29th. They was friendly, had me in stitches with laughter and made a perfect sale, I took their photograph for them as they had just been awarded some certificates and I must say that they are well deserved and both of them deserve a pay rise, outstanding service and I will be returning to dreams for every bedding need in the future.

The people working in the shop were extremely helpful, their knowledge of the products was awesome and they were friendly and funny. The overall shopping experience was amazing, they treated me like a queen, even got offered tea or coffee. Absolutely loved it there, I'll be back for more shopping that's for sure ❤

They spent time talking about the different mattresses, and offers, and payment options Also used the 3-D device to understand pressure and sleeping position which ultimately aided my choice

Very welcoming without being pushy, listened to what I did an didn’t want, very polite and guided me to what was best for my requirements, and found it easy to walk around the store. Using the technology to see what mattress was best for me was really good.
