I was browsing and was asked if I needed assistance. I took up the offer and outlined my requirement. I wanted a divan with storage capability and having tried it, ruled the ottoman option. The Sleepmatch machine was used to determine the mattresses best suited to me. I tried all the options and picked the most comfortable to me. Headboard and colour were chosen and the purchase made. At no time was I put under any pressure to make a decision aand I left the store a very satisfied customer.

Richard, who took us through the firm mattresses that were recommended by your amazing machine, proved to be not as comfortable as we would have liked and eventually we chose a medium mattress. Richard was very patient and explained the components of each mattress that we tried. We inquired about the requisite turning of the mattress that we had decided upon, as we had been caught out with our previous mattress from another outlet, which has proved to be very uncomfortable and is not quite 4 years old, which required turning every month, at our age it has proved to be a real bind, another reason for changing.

Richard was friendly kind and helpful. He talked me through every product showed me all the alternatives on offer. He was very understanding to my needs and showed me everything on offer to me. Helped with the colour swatches and even showed me the different types of pillows. It was effortless and smooth from beginning to end and can’t wait to get my bed delivered

The sales advisor was very knowledgable of all products. Helped me pillows too. I ordered my ottoman bed and mattress to be delivered early March. He was very helpful and friendly, I bought my previous bed from here too

I came into your Dartford store on sunday afternoon , I wasn’t too sure if I was making the right choice in buying what type of mattress . I had decided between 2 the first being a Hypnos and the second a Tempur. I was approached by Michael and discussed the options that I had picked by going to various other stores . ( John Lewis and Tempur at Bluewater.) He had very good knowledge of all the mattresses in your store and explained how the insides work on the mattresses and what kind of support you should be feeling . He explained in detail how the covering is made on the Tempur mattress which was quite impressive . There was no hard selling involved and the store had a nice atmosphere to it . I decided to buy the Tempur . I like the fact you get 100 days to decide if you like the mattress, and the bonus of 2 pillows and the mattress protector included in the price . I would also like to mention that I like the way you recycle an old mattress he explained this to which I think is great 10 out of 10 for that.

The assistance I received in store was fantastic. Michael from the Dartford store was very friendly and warm. He gave me enough time to try the different beds to see which bed I wanted. He had really good knowledge about the different types of beds that were suited for me. We could not find the headboard we needed in store, Michael went online to find us something that was perfect for me. Very good experience, first time shopping at dreams and I will definitely return.
