We are are returning customers. We’re buying the same bed again and our daughter is have the older bed. Great quality and well built.

Laura assisted us within the Dartford store and was extremely helpful. There was a slight issue with the system on Sunday but Laura was extremely helpful and sorted the issue really quickly.

The gentleman who delt with us had good knowledge of what we wanted and that the bed could be put together for us and dispose of any packaging from the bed we also took out the insurence in case of any problems with the bed We were informed of the delivery slot very helpful !

I was greeted by a friendly store colleague called Richard ,who on ascertaining my needs recommended I use the sleep match to find the mattress that would be recommended for me. After completing the sleep match he then showed me the mattress indicated by the results within the price rang that I had stipulated. I then asked if he could show me some other mattresses that were of an interest to me such as the i gel mattress. Although they were in a higher price range I really liked the mattress and the colleague explained the different payment options to me. Having decided on the mattress I wanted he then completed the finance option that I had chosen. He also asked if I wanted any further products and I then went on to buy a duvet and some pillows taking advantage of the discount. He also offered me a drink whilst dealing with the process. I found the service a very pleasant experience.

Easy to do business, came into the store looked at what we needed. not pressured or hastled.

We were welcomed into the store upon entering. We went in needing a new mattress and our eyes on the wrong mattress for us. We were made to feel at ease and like we were the only ones in the store. Lynne was so informative and helpful.
