Richard served us at the Dartford branch. He was very warm and welcoming. He was also very patient as we kept changing our minds about colour or type of bed! But we got there in the end.

I was impressed with the sales person (Richard) who was very polite, friendly and informative about the differences between mattresses and their fillings and the type that would be best suited for my needs. The store was tidy, clinical and smelt nice.
