Arrived into the store and immediately saw they had hand sanitising stations. We looked around for a bit before being approached by Laura who asked if we needed help. I let her know what we were looking for specifically And was taken to do the bed analysis which she offered to place down a protective covering. After showing us the products, gave us information she gave us time to think without rushing. Have experienced in the past sales people just wanting to make a sale but she didn’t give off that impression. The whole process was smooth and I ended up spending more than originally planned to but was really confident with my purchase overall.

The gentalmen who helped me choose my mattress was outstanding....he couldn't have done enough. He took me through all he different types of matresses and really found the right one for me. He was very funny and polite. I would also like to thank the delivery drivers they were very quick with no delivery problems what so ever. Well done dreams and amazing experience overall. Thank you
