Highly satisfied and impressed about the employee in Dartford unit as tailored all the products on my personal taste. Really spending time to understand my needs and chose the exact perfect product for me. I was surprised as I wasn't expecting to buy on the day, but presentation has made me decide for the perfect products. Very efficient and proactive.

Richard at the Dartford branch basically gave us a quote and bettered it so we were very happy with that. The fact we can change our delivery date is perfect and on a Saturday too.

When I walked in the door the staff didn’t jump on me (that puts me off) they said good morning and let me brows , when I needed them they were very friendly and attentive, smiley and happy, chatted and overall is was a very pleasant experience thank you
