Friendly and helful service.

My partner and I went in knowing what product we wanted and it was still available in a double size for our spare room. We tested a couple of mattresses and found one we liked. All in all, we made the purchase within 30 minutes.

The store was empty when I visited so it was really easy to be seen. The lady was friendly and let me have a look in detail at the bed I was interested in. She looked at options on the computer of styles and delivery dates and she ordered knew the mattresses that would fit this particular bed.

The assistant was very helpful and her knowledge was great.

Very friendly, smiling, acknowledged the other 3 couples even though she was serving us. Did not drive straight in asking us what our budget was , she let us try the mattress first

I was very pleased to be left to look in peace and quiet until I was ready to ask questions. Kate was welcoming and friendly but left space and she was was in no-way pushy. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. The admin was painless and took only a short time. Delivery time was happily negotiated and still very quick - very happy with the level of service.
