Dreams - Dartford

Went to the dartford store and found the mattress we needed with the guidance from a staff member. The bed we was looking at wasn’t in the colour we wanted. We then went to a rival store where we found the same bed in the colour we was looking for. They wasn’t helpful and the price was more expensive. We then returned to the dartford store where we welcomed again by the staff and then placed our order. Great experience with the staff where they made making our choice easy and didn’t free pressured in to making a buy

The store team were great and staff offered me water and had water bottles displayed which was nice. But the steal of the show why I was so satisfied was because the bed frame I wanted was discounted on clearance to a eye watering price and I wasn’t expecting that
