Dreams - Dartford

I would like to thank Lynne and the rest of the team for all their help assisting with choosing the perfect mattress and pillow! They were so helpful & knowledgeable and very patient with me as I was in there a while trying them all out! So thank you!

We walked in looking for a mattress only… avoiding all eye contact with sales staff. Kate in dartford noticed / sensed this and kept her distance until we needed her. She was amazing. So helpful. Offered us water and a try on the computer bed thingy!!! She really went the extra mile. She’s a future manager if she’s not already!!! If not… she’s due for promotion!!! We’d been to many bed shops that day… she made the sale.

We went to the Dreams store in Dartford where we were served by Linn. She was very competent, well informed and attentive to our needs. It was a pleasure to be served by Lynn and we left the shop with a very good customer experience.

I was extremely happy with customer service at your Dartford branch. I was approached by a staff member called Richard who was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and assisted me with finding a bed and mattress that will suit my needs.

Good selection of beds and mattress to choose from. Very helpful member of staff. I did not experience any pressure to purchase. Glad I visited the store. Would recommend to my friends and family.

I cancelled an order that I'd made at Bed Post that day.. Dreams served me well considering I'm 89 and had difficulty getting onto the beds. The lady assistant was so patient, friendly and very accommodating!! Thank you!!
