Lynne was extremely helpful and patient and was really good with our daughter too who enjoyed choosing her own bed

We were very impressed with how we were greeted and offered a bottle of water. Richard at the Dartford shop helped us every step of us choosing our bed. All round good customer service.

Although there was only one member of staff they were friendly polite and helpful.

Richard, who was the gentleman who attended to me was very helpful and patient as I tried different options.

The assistant Kate was amazing, so helpful and patient with me! Incredibly knowledgable and an asset to your company

My husband & I came to store on Sunday 2nd May. We was greeted with a warm, friendly smile by Kate. Kate was amazing & made the experience 100% better as it can be confusing to know how each product works. Kate listened to our needs & helped us upon this, she was very thorough & had great product knowledge! We even tried out the Silent Night experience to see which mattress would be best suited to us which was something we haven’t experienced before. Kate was professional, patient and helpful. If any of my family & friends go to Dreams I shall send them to Kate’s direction. Thank you Kate :)

we were served by lynn in dartford store ,She was helpful and considerate from the minute we entered the store giving me and my partner choices ,even tried out the simulator to get the exact mattress for out needs asked if there was special requirements , how we slept etc . i ended up getting a nice pillow that will help me get a restful sleep , Lynn explained the delivery and collection process , was a nice lady from beginning to end of getting 2 new mattress which is comimg within with 4 days .which we was both happy with . My partner bought from you 10 years ago with beds and mattress so we are very happy to have returned to get our purchases from you again .could not ask for more friendly staff availablility . local good value for money valiodation code 113 dreams colleague lynn highly recommend

Our visit to dreams on Saturday 24th April was fantastic Kate was brilliant very attentive without being pushy and was personable and relatable. All our questions were answered no problem nothing was too much and being offered a drink whilst we were in store was a really nice touch. We loved the sleep simulator machine and felt this helped us to pick the right mattress
