The staff were excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They worked well as a team. It made a change to receive such good customer service and the staff at Dartford should be commended for the service they provide.

We had a very lovely lady called Laura help us out she understood our needs and wasn’t pushy at all. She Helped us to compare beds/ mattress to suit our needs and budget Also helped us with pillows. We used your sleep monitor thing to work out what matters we would need and Laura spoke us through it. It was an all round excellent experience with fantastic customer service. Thank

Friendly team. Was able to do the sleep simulator. Was offered a drink, which was very much needed on a warm day. Was able to try all the beds we wanted and we never once felt pressured to make a decision quickly, we were allowed time to try each mattress and then try some again. Kate also helped us to find some new pillows too. Even managed to sort out free weekend delivery which was a relief as we wouldn’t be available for weekday delivery with work.

Laura listened to our storey and reasons for seeking a new mattress. She recommended the technology that would support our choice and talked through all the options allowing us to take our time to make the decision that was right for us. Her knowledge of the products was also helpful.
