When I enquired about the availability of the mattress I wanted, I asked the lady to check the availability for delivery and she told me it would be a 5 working days. I went to check another bed company to see if they could deliver a similar bed any sooner but they said they could only deliver in 2 weeks so I decided to purchase with dreams. Just before I paid I asked the lady to confirm the delivery date again and she said she won't be able to tell me till the payment goes through which I was confused about. Once I made payment she informed me that the date had changed and the bed would not be delivered for 2 weeks. I was very upset by the lack of transparency and ended up feeling done over for a sale that I initially felt very positive about.

Having agreed to pay the £799 for the mattress, we were then informed there a£39 delivery charge and the same price to dispose of my old mattress, adding another £78 to the final bill. I was quite shocked at these extra charges, and although I was prepared to pay for the old mattress to be taken away, to pay a very significant delivery charge I thought was unprofessional when no mention of this is displayed with any of your items for sale. If I had been on my own you would have lost a sale.

there were not enough assistance in the store we had to wait for the sales person to finish hovering and the computer was a little slow but overall we were satisfied the above did not alter our decision to shop there, and the assistant Richard was really pleasant knowledgeable and friendly
