Could have done with one more member of staff as it was quite busy. The staff that were there were excellent: this is no reflection on them.

The mattress were very pricey to be honest

Prior to that Black Friday sales the price for the Trafalgar D B/S Leather Black Smarth TV bed solid was £1399 and which mean it would have been sold on a half price bases which would have been £699.00 instead of £799.00 , so i felt its very unfair for Dreams to increase the price and end up selling it £799.00. Because of that , eventhough i bought the bed but i wasn't highly satisfied for the price increase at all just to give the impression that it was half price when it is more than half price .

Salesmen were friendly and competent about products on sale

The store looks a bit shabby

I think highly satisfied is a little extreme. As we had not visited any other store to compare , satisfied is quite adequate for the service received . it was polite , agreeable but nothing I would not have expected.

It was the little things in the store that stopped me. The color coding of matresses weren't immediately obvious on entrance, meaning we also spent time looking at not the types of mattresses we were wanted. The Dartford store also was very hot on the day of shopping, making the shopping experience less pleasant. As I say, small things. Customer service was good, we were offered a drink and a free pillow for our purchase.

Delivery cost more than expected
