I was really disappointed when l was told it was £84 to take away my old bed, the advertisements on TV gives you the impression it's a service you provide, no mention of the cost. The money was intended to be used for new bedding as the new bed was a different size to the old one.

Well besides the shop manager and the assistant who are very friendly I think the prices should come down a bit in order to beat the other shops selling same items

the sales member was very helpful, but had to ask another colleague for advice and assistance, and even had to check dreams.co.uk for exactly I was looking for. I also found many of the beds/mattresses were not in any particular order, so a lot of walking to different beds/mattresses was quite tiring

The standard of service that I received was as I have said in your survey satisfactory and the salesperson was helpful, I would both return to the same store and recommend it to anyone who I knew was looking to purchase a new bed. The selection of the type of beds that I was looking for was in ways limited although this was satisfactory for my needs. I thank Richard the salesperson for his friendly and helpful manner, my experience of purchasing my new bed was made comfortable rather than feeling that I had been pressurised by the salesperson. Satisfactory in this instance is very good.
