Choice of beds and mattresses good helpful assistant

I wanted a particular item twice but only one was available. But i took another one similar to it.

Lovely to experience true Customer Service. The colleague - Richard, took time to understand my needs budget, and preferences. His product knowledge was outstanding, and everything was explained perfectly. Including the use of the sleep match machine.

Been to Dreams twice before to purchase and each time was fully satisfied overall by the staff helpfulness and product knowledge.

The lady store manager Laura Jeffery’s was very friendly from the moment we walked through the door, asked us what we was looking for and help us pick the best options that suited our needs. She knows how to talk to clients and really points out the little details if there not sure. Such a credit to the Dreams store at Dartford.
