As a previous customer I would expect my details to be stored, saving the necessity to input all my details again.

Ordered my new mattress but was quoted a 4 to 6 week wait in store. When speaking to customer services on the phone they quoted a 2 to 3 week wait but could not be certain. Very happy with the people I dealt with but not very pleased about not knowing when the mattress will arrive.

Just one sales person is not enough he tried to do what he could with the amount of customers in the store but still happy with the service given ..

Item out of stock. Not available for 6/7 weeks got it on interest free credit ,but the first payment is due to be taken out before I have the goods .

Too many types of mattress and getting confused to select as not enough information to compare different types of mattress.

Was satisfied with all the service but on returning home found that the guarantee on most branded beds was between 5 and 10 years this prompted me to come back with a not highly satisfied as didn’t want to pay extra for a longer guarantee given that the product wasn’t particularly cheap
