Dreams - Dartford

After visiting the Dreams store at Lakeside retail park we were very impressed with one of the colleagues who helped to answer our questions,he was very patient and not at all forceful, he even wrote down all the relevant information for the mattress that we liked so that we could order it over the phone the next day. We then went to the Dartford branch to order the mattress as we wanted to have another look at your selection, the man that served us was again incredibly helpful and we even ended up buying 4 new pillows and a lovely new quilt!! very impressed, and cannot wait for the mattress to arrive :)

Your employee Nancy at your Dartford store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took us though the process of buying a very expensive Tempur mattress, showing us all the alternatives and helping us to make an informed decision. We asked for time to think about the purchase. Nancy was not pushy which I appreciated and so when we returned to the store it was delightful to see her friendly face again. I would definitely recommend Dreams Dartford for the expertise, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. It felt like doing business with a local store rather than an impersonal multinational organisation.
