Dreams - Dartford

I was dreading this shopping trip! I am fed up with over-helpful assistants who do not listen! How pleasantly surprised I was to find your Dartford store a pleasure to visit. Craig, your helpful but non-intrusive assistant was delightful. He actually listened to what this old fogey was looking for and made my whole shopping experience most enjoyable (there, I never thought I would be saying that!) I (and my other half) are more than happy with our purchase and are looking forward to receiving our lovely new bed on 10 September.

The assistant was knowledgable about the product, spent time helping us,but allowed us to make up our own mind in our own time. Made helpful suggestions about suitable products.

The two staff were very friendly and put us at rest. They listen carefully to what we were looking for and were able to provide 3/4 choices. They negotiated on the price to under cut the competitors Bensons. They even negotiated a couple of pillows and quilt. I purchased two beds for my grown up Grandsons and was extremely pleased. The attendants were very very helpful, friendly & understood exactly what we wanted. They had plenty of time for us and did their very best to get a very good deal for us. It was nice to come out of the store satisfied and with very big smiles on our faces!!

I found the member of staff helping me with my purchase very approachable and friendly, he gave me lots of advice on the different mattresses on offer. I like the open plan style of the shop and I found the beds on offer were better quaility and design than the other bed shops I had visited.
