The store layout was nice and easy to explore and compare different mattress. The store assistant was very helpful and spend considerable time explaining the different mattress and answered all my questions which helped me decided on the mattress best fit for my requirement. The Billing process was very easy and quick. Overall had a pleasant experience in the store and left very satisfied with the purchase.

Craig was extremely helpful and had fantastic product knowledge. Myself and my husband have very opposite needs and Craig helped us compromise, his upsell was text book!

Returned to dreams after eight years to buy new mattress. On arrival was met with a friendly member of staff called Nancy who was helpful knoledgeable without being pushy or false. Nancy took time to answer all my questions and was happy to reassure me when I kept asking same thing regarding products.

The young man serving us was attentive and very helpful, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were in there for a long time and were very indecisive regarding bed frame and the salesman was really good even offering me coffee which I thought was a nice touch.
