Richard was very friendly, very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I have issues with my hips and he showed me the best mattresses to accommodate this.

The sales rep (Richard) was immensely helpful with straight forward information about the products we were interested in testing or buying and allowed us to make our decisions without any unnecessary pressure.

Visited the Dartford store with my 88 year old mother to buy her a new bed an experience I was not looking forward to, but on entering you store it became clear that your staff would give her all the time she needed and answered all questions calmly and clearly sometimes repeating the answer a few times when and if needed. your staff member Des is a credit to your company well done DREAMS.
