The salesman, Chris was friendly without being pushy, and very knowledgeable about the products. He listened to our needs and was most helpful.

I was served by Joe and Lidia Joe's service was excellent which made me to back to the store again to buy the beds. Service was excellent . I am very pleased

I was served by Grace who was patient, supportive and keen. She encouraged me to try all the beds and informed me of the mattress design, it's soft/firm classification etc.

I visited the store last week and spoke to Joe. He remembered me. He gave me a very warm welcome and helped me to,achieve a favourable price for my goods. He went all out to help. He listened to my requirements and did not try 'textbook sales' which I hate. He was very accommodating. Thank you Joe. You are an asset to Dreams
