The representative was very helpful with our order, fully answering our questions. Our new divan bed will not be delivered until 8 June so cannot comment on the quality of the bed as the one we were after was not in the showroom.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. As soon as we explained what we we needed it was all plain sailing from there as the assistant New everything & explained all the different possibilities.

We where seen by a sales assistant as soon as we entered the store and where given help and advice on what was the correct mattress for us ie firm / very firm. We where very happy that the mattress was available for delivery the following week on the day and time that we needed. We where offered refreshments while they processed our order and we had very polite and friendly conversation with Grace the sales assistant. We shall defiently be shopping at dreams again in the future.
