We were very happy with the way we were delt with, all our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we were able to make a change to our order the next day with no problem. We had purchased our previous bed from the same store a few years ago.

We were given a brief opportunity to look at the mattresses on display before we were approached by an assistant. A range of products was suggested, with an explanation of the relative merits of each. We were given time on our own to consider these options and felt confident to make our decision about which mattress to purchase.

After purchasing headboard few months ago we decided to visit store for new mattress. Richard was very helpful in explaining the different support criteria for all the mattresses viewed. He was also helpful with processing the order and advising the various payments required for delivery and removal of old mattress. Delivery is taking place very quickly after purchase.

Very easy shopping experiance.

The Sales Asst, Jodie, was very friendly, very helpful and was not hard sale - we needed the beds to be delivered within a required time frame and when the beds and the headboards were not available at the same time, Jodie suggested splitting the beds order from the headboard order, which worked. Unfortunately, we have subsequently been advised that the headboards will take a bit longer than we hoped (in fact, we haven't been given another date)

The reason I was Highly Satisfied with going to Dreams Dartford as I have had bedding from this store in the past, I also took my neighbour to this store when she damaged her bed in a fire caused by an electric blanket, she had a new bed delivered the same day of order, it was an emergency case, we were Highly pleased with the service.

We bought our previous bed from you aprox 8 years ago and that is why we cam back to you. We had great service then and we had it this time as well. Look after the lady that served us. Loose her and you would loose business. Thanks for all Bob & Jenny Searle
