The high knowledge of the difference between bed frames was highly satisfying as it shown the staff knew all their products well and we felt confident in buying the correct product.

During our visit we were helped out by Richard H. He was attentive, knowledgable, understood our needs and requirements and shared his opinion without being intrusive. Overall, we bought what we needed at a reasonable price. Richard offered us drinks, had loads of suggestions and really helped make the experience of finding our new bed so easy. He really blew us away as we had been searching for the right bed for ages! Thank you very much! Plus he has a great sense of humour.
