The assistance was fantastic, I didn't know what I was looking for and one of the staff (Ashleigh in Dartford store) put myself and partner on the sleep match machine to find our perfect mattress. She gave us quotes for beds we liked and arranged all of the details needed to collect it. Was a much easier experience than I anticipated. Thank you very much, would definitely return and recommend to others.

The service was excellent in the Dartford branch and as we had two small children with us the two staff could not have been nicer, more attentive, or kind, especially Kate. They did everything they could to help us and gave our children both a book and colouring crayons to entertain them. It is actually the third bed we have brought from Dreams and we're always impressed.
