Richard at Dartford branch was very friendly and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and there was no pressure to buy . After a pleasant experience in your shop we recommended you to our neighbours who also made a purchase.

The sales assistant was attentive and took time to understand our needs, while giving us space to browse at leisure. He also offered us refreshments as it was a very warm day, overall we were very well looked after and were extremely satisfied with the excellent service received

The salesman was friendly, offered us refreshments and gave advice on mattresses and pillows as well. Thoroughly nice chap!

We arrived in store toward the end of the day, (half an hour before closing time), we were immediately assisted by Richard, he was friendly and very informative about the products that we enquired about, and at no time did he rush us.

This is the second bed I have purchased, and was very good at advising what mattress would be best for me due to medical conditions.

Staff were very courteous and once we told them what we required, showed us the appropriate products and explained the difference between them so that we could make an informed decision.
