Staff helpful,friendly as was looking for certain product but it wasn't displayed so was shown it via large computer screen. Plus wasn't sure about how to pick correct mattress so was explained and it was nice to test out a couple to feel the difference before making final decision.

Richard the store manager helped me with my decision. Gave me all of the information I needed and was very attentive, yet gave me time to find the right mattress for me

The manager of the store was very attentive but also let me try out the beds in my own time.

I was able to view the stock, then asked what I was looking for, shown a range of products - not pounced on as soon as I walked in, apart from courteously being greeted. I was them left to shop & test the product in my own time. I was then approached & asked if I required further advice or help, I was given the cost of the combined purchase & then left to make my decisions once he'd explained the payment options, which I liked as I was not pressurised to commit. A very good experience & I will recommend & share with my friends & family. Thank you
