Dreams - Dartford

We were not jumped upon staright away, we were given time to look round before being asked if we needed any help to which we explained what we were looking for and we were shown what was there for us. The difference in the mattress's was explained, we then chose which one we wanted and probably no more than 10 minutes later our order and delivery date had been arranged.

Staff were really helpful and informativebut not pushy or over bearing. The labelling of the mattresses in the store was really easy to follow and informative, so we could easily find what we were looking for.

I saw Karina over two days, she recognised me and came straight over and she took me through all we discussed the day before and answered any concerns I had. We had some light hearted conversations with other members of the dream team. I placed my order with her confirming each item and delivery dates and pricing. She also advised if i had any other concerns pop in and see her.

Richard C was very helpful, we were the only customers in the shop at the time. I also needed to amend my order over the phone and he dealt with this very efficiently. Impressed by the customer service.

Everything was laid out neatly and all beds had relevant and helpful information attached. The store was clean as were the beds. We were not harrassed but were looked after very well with offers of drinks and information. We were offered certain pillows to help get comfortable while trying out each bed. We were in the shop a long time over 2 days and we didnt feel we were being a nuisance. We were encouraged to look, lay, rest, take our time, ask questions and were discretely left alone so we were not made to feel uncomfortable or rushed. The bed we wanted wasnt offered in the colour we wanted so we accepted the other colour. As I was a bit disappointed the manager very kindly offered to let us purchase the 2 x tempur pillows we bought at half price. Richard H (113) was the staff member who was very helpful on the Saturday when I was looking and I chose to speak to him again on the Sunday with my husband when we bought the bed.
