greeted by Manager on entry to Store even though he was with someone at the time. He explained that he was working on his own and would be with us as soon as he could. He also explained the same to customers who entered the store after us. He was able to spend time with us and was not pushy and he understood our needs and helped us select the product we wanted. He was knowledgeable about the offers available and exercised discretion at the point of sale.

Friendly service. Met and offered tea or coffee. Short explanation of beds then left alone to browse. Very helpful when assistance required

Thomas was an excellent adviser when we was looking for the mattress. we got to the store nearly at 6pm (time is closes) and he was so friendly inviting us in saying please do come in we are still open. very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products.

Explained colour codes. Told us where the pocket springs were. Gave me a pillow I liked and left us alone. Which I liked as not pushy. Told here when found right bed. Perfect.even got a cup of tea.

Sales assistance/manager very helpful, courteous, first time we've used shop.

I was offered grlp the minute I walked into the store and I did not feel rushed. I assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service all round.

The staff member katrina was welcoming and took care of all needs in selecting the right bed for me

Showroom was clean and tidy, salesperson wasn't straight in your face and prices were clearly shown. Saleslady was very pleasant and there was no hard sale.
