Dreams - Dartford

This is the second purchase in a week I was highly satisfied with the salesman and the product

The Dartford store was very helpful and provided options for me to decide. The stores manager Thomas was very knowledgable regarding the products. He gave support as needed, but I never felt pressured or pushed. The delivery date provided was the most convenient for me, along with the finance options available. The overall price for the package was just over what I wanted to spend, but I felt it was the best option and therefore happy to pay that but more for a quality product and service.

We walked knowing roughly what we wanted, and we left with a product we really liked. We were explained the difference between mattresses and feel we have made the right choice after speaking with Dreams employees.

Arrived an Dartford store and was greeted by Thomas immediately with 'Welcome to Dreams' First impression always count!

Very friendly staff, they were not too pushy, there was a good choice of products for the price I wanted to pay and the purchase was quick and easy.

Your sales man was very helpful (113 Thomas) and explained everything to my wife and myself, also very polite.

Charline was very pleasant, listened to what we wanted and advised us accordingly. She took into account our budget too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful during our visit. Although we arrived quite late in the afternoon and spent quite a lot of time discussing and looking, they did not hurry us to complete by 6 pm. We did want to view the bed we purchased before agreeing to buy and the staff rung around other stores to see if they had one displayed.
