We were left to wander around the store without be 'pounced' on by staff. Thomas seemed to come over at just the right time. We had sampled a few of the beds and then as we need to ask questions he arrived by us and was very knowlegeable. Not at all pushy which can ruin a shopping experience. He was kind and attantive and he made us a cup of tea (nice touch :) ) He didn't get annoyed with for making our minds up and changing our minds a few times. Overall we had a good shopping experience in your Dartford branch.

Assistant was very helpful and well informed. She guided me to the best options and let me try several different types of beds.

Felt at ease was given all information related to each question. Given plenty of time to look and test. Was offered a drink and staff were polite and friendly easy to talk to.

The manager Thomas was very professional. He have gave us the space we needed to shop but was very helpful with telling me to use a pillow and lay on the beds. He offered a cup of tea and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses.

We have recently spent some 2,500 on bedroom furniture with the same branch. When we went in, we were assisted very well but not hassled, and left to find what we wanted, then helped thoroughly once we had decided. We returned today, as we needed a new mattress and one of quality and endurance, and indeed, the assistance was much the same. Warm, friendly, no pressure, offered drinks, left to make a decision and thoroughly assisted both by Charline and Thomas, both great people who represent you well. We fear we may not return to dreams anytime soon, but that is only because we have got exactly what we need, and we know all or DREAMS purchases will last a long time! THANK YOU!

The bed is just wot we need the price was right and the lady was very helpful with all the information we needed

The moment I entered the store Thomas welcomed me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I only went in for a quick look and came out having bought in my opinion a dream matress . I don't usually fill in these surveys but it was a joy to meet someone who seemed to love his job and talking to people as did his colleague also that day. I had been saving for a mattress but with the help of Thomas I was able to buy a much better one then I expected to get due to interest free credit

The knowledge of staff and the no nonsense ordering process and delivery availability

Dreams quality is very good. That's why I will choose beds and mattress. So many options are available

The Salesman was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful , My wife and I had no intention to purchase a bed when we entered the store but came away having done so thats how pleased we were
