The service was very helpful and product information was very clear and easy to understand.

We had little knowledge of how the various matresses differed, but the colleague explained everything we wanted to know. He also showed us cheaper and more expensive matresses that would suit the kind of matress we were looking for. We had visited other shops before this one, but decided to buy at dreams because the service was very good.

Richard greeted us when we went in and asked if he could help and what were we looking for. We actually had no idea apart from a mattress that was comfortable. He then explained the colour coding and left us to browse in our own time trying out as we wished. We were offered tea or coffee which was a nice gesture. When we had decided on which mattress we wanted, the ordering and delivery date were quickly confirmed. We were told about the extra insurance which we declined and were very pleased to have not been pressured. We were also offered another drink by Richard's colleague who had just arrived.

We had a lot of very helpful advice and assistance from Richard in choosing our bed and assisting us with the storage and headboard options without feeling harassed into buying something. He made the experience a lot easier

The sales assistant was friendly and welcoming but did not intrude or interrupt my decision making. She was observing me and came and spoke to me when she could see I had focused on one choice.

Welcomed upon arrival, spent time understanding needs and recommend mattresses, was flexible and understanding. Also got a cup of tea. Even gave advice about pillows and bedding.

Richard the sales person that dealt with our order was very helpful and friendly

the products on site were fabulous the store was nice and tidy kirina was so helpful not to pushy and her knowledge of beds was great

2nd Bed purchased as previous bed too small!!!! received same quality customer services from sales assistance Richard who has now sold us 2 x beds from Dreams, within 3 years.
