The sales assistant, Lizzie, was so friendly and helpful, she really talked me through the process and helped me narrow it down to a couple of mattresses I really liked. Couldn’t have done it without her!

First of all the assistant approached me as soon as I entered the store and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable in her role, as well as being patient, smiling and clearly spoken. I was invited to lie on the electronic bed which is able to correctly assess your needs to establish the type of mattress that was needed and required in terms of affordability as well as preferences within the remit of the results established. She also helped me to buy other items which improve sleep quality, such as pillows and quilts and other things which help to preserve the life of the mattress, i.e. mattress protector. We sat down and discussed payment arrangements thoroughly with a view to arranging credit for such a large item/cost and I was given plenty of information with which to make my decision to purchase. For reasons of security, it took a while longer to process the payment but Tracey kept in touch and kept me fully informed throughout so that everything could be completed to a satisfactory standard. Overall I was very well looked after and would recommend the service that I received to others. I was also offered a drink!

From start to finish your Sales Assistant was amazing with my elderly mother and did everything that she could to help with her purchase.
