When myself and my mum entered the store, we were greeted in a friendly but unassuming way - no hard sell, just a simple hello and given a moment to look around. This gave us a chance to settle in without feeling like we were being made to buy. The lady that served us (Karen) was really helpful and listened to what it was I was searching for but again did not hassle or push any decision making. She then gave me time to try out the beds for comfort and style and was then very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to making my purchase. Overall a fantastic shopping experience which was stress free and easy! Thank you to all the team.

Nicolas the AM of the dreams Crawley store was very very helpful. We didn’t buy a mattress when we first met him but we knew we wanted to go back to him when we were ready. We did the sleep match and Nicola asked us to try and range of different mattress to find out preferred one.

The staff that where on duty where very personal and went above and beyond to help . My father has Alzheimer's and few medical conditions. The staff mad a visit very relaxed and explain everything to dad and he understood

Staff were very understanding and were able to advise on the perfect bed to help with our needs. They were able to give us plenty of time to consideration to option that were available and offer alternative option when selecting the bed of our choice. We both felt there was excellent care and understanding from the staff, by giving clear advice on the best way of purchasing, as well as giving us the option of delivery time and date that we may need. Very surprised to be told the delivery would not be as long as we had anticipated.

Staff really went out of there way to make my experience special. Not only that they helped with planning my room out. I wasn’t going to buy a bed there and then but they had me convinced. I’m a very happy customer
