Great communication from start to finish

Natalya qas extremely helpful. For a new member of staff she was so knowledgeable and professional. She was very patient and calm and was very honest with her recommendations.

Woj (forgive spelling) was very attentive, extremely knowledgable about the materials, brand, options and comfort/support differences. Within 30-40 minutes of stepping in store, we had had the sleep diagnostics and were over at the till to finalise our order.

I was greeted by Michael when I went into the store and he was really helpful. Have us a drink, a pillow with the hygiene cover to lie on the beds and also tried the sleepmatch. I was only going into the store for a browse but didn't expect this high level of service from the store!

Michael was brilliant. He greeted us warmly, offered us complimentary water, gave us pillows for trying the mattresses and set us up on sleepmatch. Faultless service.

The sales personell was very friendly, advised about the product I wanted, about the available offers and everything else I would get to compliment the product I wanted. He managed to get the item as soon as possible and made sure I accessed all available resources. Very kind and knowledgeable person..

It's just price of assemble charge £15 for headboard and £30 for bed is concerning. Apart from that I am happy.

From the moment we arrived staff were on hand to help and advise us throughout the process, recommending the best mattress for our needs, using the mattress test machine to see which would suit us. Allowing us plenty of time to try them out and giving us space to do so. No hard sale whatsoever. It was all relaxed and fun. We also required a bed frame so that was discussed and shown to us. All our questions were answered and I was impressed with the staff.

The salesman ( Mohammed) was very helpful.
