Mattress was ready to be delivered but had to wait a little while for the divan base

I got to the shop 5 minutes before they closed and the young lady name Hanan still dealt with me even when they were locking up, she never rushed me and informed me to take my time, she made me feel important.

Phil was amazing. I am a return customer and he assisted me a few years ago. The reason I went went back to the Clapham store was because of Phil’s incredible customer service. I bought a bed and mattress last time and a divan this time. Keep up the great work Phil and Dreams.

Dreams at Clapham all the staff are welcoming, and have good knowledge of what they do, the service I received from Hanan was fantastic she had patience and also answered all my questions accurately, even offered me drinks, which you don't get in any shop, I was highly appreciated, they valued me as a customer lastly but not least I enjoyed sleeping on the mattress did not want to leave the shop, I will definitely be visiting the shop again.

Great costumer service, quick and easy process found what we want

Philip helped us choose our mattress. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He was very professional and did not pressure us at all. The mattress machine was also useful to narrow down the selection. But it was Philip's expertise which led us to buy a mattress on the day of our visit (we hadn't actually intended to!)
